Physiopathologie des troubles du neuro développement – Principaux axes de recherche

 Les troubles du neuro développement et plus spécifiquement les troubles  développementaux du langage, de la motricité,  et de l’apprentissage chez l’enfant dans un contexte soit primitif, soit secondaire avec pour principal modèle pathologique, la Neurofibromatose de type 1   NF1 (Prévalence 1/3500 naissance).  Les objectifs sont d’une part : la compréhension des liens entre les niveaux cognitifs et comportementaux et les dysfonctionnements cérébraux  abordés avec les techniques d’imagerie cérébrale fonctionnelle (Potentiels évoqués, IRM fonctionnelle) et d’autre part : l’étude de la comorbidité dans les trouble de l’apprentissage  et le rôle des systèmes mnésiques (mémoire de travail, mémoire procédurale et mémoire déclarative).
