ToNIC is associated with the University Institute of Toulouse Hospitals HoPeS-CIC and the University Hospital Federation (FHU) on Cognitive, Mental and Sensory Disabilities (HoPeS).

ToNIC is a member of the Federative Structure for Research on Integrative Neuroscience: the Toulouse Mind and Brain Institute (TMBI)

ToNIC has been part of the NeuroToul Center of Excellence for Neurodegenerative Diseases since 2016.

ToNIC is one of the founding members of the IRON Laboratory of Excellence (Labex).

Within INSPIRE, the unit's expertise will be used to very precisely quantify different imaging biomarkers of aging.
