Recherche translationnelle en santé,
technologie pour la santé et recherche clinique
Our objective is to characterize the peripheral and local immune responses involved in patients with AC and acute stroke in order to identify robust predictive biomarkers of neurological outcome. This will 1) guide the individualized management of these patients and 2) develop new therapeutic strategies to improve the neurological outcome. We propose an innovative reverse translation approach leveraging high-dimensional single-cell and spatial proteomics technologies, as well as state-of-the-art sparse machine learning methods and detailed clinical and radiological phenotyping (MRI, in vivo molecular imaging) of patients with AC, ischemic stroke and ICH.
