Collaborations / INSPIRE

The INSPIRE project, a collaboration between the Toulouse University Hospital, the Toulouse III Paul Sabatier University, Inserm and CNRS, is an innovative research platform that aims to study the mechanisms of ageing in order to enable as many people as possible to remain healthy and independent for as long as possible. The project has received support from the Occitanie Pyrénées-Méditerranée Region and the European Regional Development Funds.

ToNIC is one of the founding members of INSPIRE, within which the unit’s expertise is being used to quantify various imaging biomarkers of ageing in a very precise manner.
